The author tries to touch a delicate theme as religion, failing miserably. The main character doesn’t keep his tough role and in some parts is actually strange, being considered a Demon Lord and a God. Talking about the real Demon Lord, which is such an important character is not mentioned or developed anymore through this book, hopefully this story line will be retaken in the next book.

If nothing else it just goes to show that there is alot more instore for diablo on the horizon. I felt this volume had alot more setup in it for some very interesting things concerning the world the game that was based on it. And of course the holy symbol and the King still need to be explained. Onward to the next volume.

If I'm honest, this book made me laugh more than anything else, as the Demon Lord continues to inadvertently screw things up/correct them simultaneously quite a bit. Some nice/ecchi moments with some characters definitely keep things lighthearted. If you like the series, you won't be disappointed!

It seems one of the characters gets leveled up and was willing to pay the price, the unexpected part was the surprising appearance of a benevolent goddess.

A great series by a great author can't wait for next book to come out. Keep up the good work!

It really felt like the plot was moving forward, and, unlike some books, it didn't feel like a bloated outline.

Liked the way it resolved the previous arc and set up the next. Great development for newer characters. Great humor.

Although very UNorthodox,her opinions do bear consideration.As one afflicted visually for 15 years following medical malpractice,I can attest fully to Simones observations on sufferin as opposed to affliction quite interestin and totally TRUE,as Simone states affliction affects not ONLY one bodily,but mentally and SOCIALLY as well,as Simone asserts social EMBARRASSMENT/numiliation always vexes truly afflicted souls!! I KNOW it to be correct,from abiding 5 years from a SCORE sans a car,a job,or friends since my affliction!! Interesting reading to say the very least. Statements of abiding results of affliction bein present AFTER affliction is over is supported by an astute observation of Jesus nail-marks STILL visible in Jesus RESSURRECTED,qlorified body!!! Simone asserts sufferin must be MORE tan JUST physical to qualify AS true affliction,since a decayed dental member,for ALL its pain is of NO consequence as SOON as it is OVER!! Mental and spiritual aspects must also be affected in true affliction!! Mankinds proclivity to consume beauty instead of merely APPRECIATIN it,asbeen present since Eve felt it necessary to CONSUME forbidden fruit, in lieu of contemplation of its randuer.Profundity like so is REPLETE in Simones book!!

Simone Weil lived her life to the maximum, though she died at 34 in 1943. Intellectually a genius, her passion was to know and live life through the eyes of the sufferings of others. Her unexpected reward was to know God, to love Jesus and to yearn for his lasting peace. Her wise insights, written in notes not meant to be published, reveal a wisdom far beyond her years. I just got through day 4 and... this devotional is exactly what I needed. Throughout the devotional, I can see how the author's words tie back to different scriptures in the bible. My only suggestion would be to supply more scripture for meditation purpose but.. this is an older work. Either way, it is amazing. There is plenty of space in the book to write in scriptural references. Very scripturally and theologically sound devo that helps open my eyes and brings me to a closer intimacy with God.God brought this devotional to me exactly when I needed it. I'm only on day 4 and I am being changed.The devotional has applicable ways to wait on God, a little different from Abide in Christ by Andrew Murray which didn’t give a lot of practical advice. Great format. Soft cover. Love it.

The message is so simple. "I am waiting on God." His book Absolute surrender for me is too complicated. On our coins we have In God We Trust. How do you apply that? If we don't know how to deal with this or that I am waiting on God is the exercise of patience that often gives the answer. It takes away anxiety and worry. You don't have to try to get your own answers that often can be wrong. It's a very good read and it's application is right on for me. Maybe for the reader. Blessings

I guess when one is ready for certain changes in one's life God leads us to those things that will best facilitate that change. Simone Weil has been a catalyst for a major change in my life. Her writings have struck a responsive chord in my life. Although some of her writings are difficult for me to understand, the underlying message is powerful. I found myself relating to her desire to discover the love of God in her life. I appreciated her soul searching honesty is wanting that encounter to be completely without deception, pretense or even pride. She so wanted to guard against a false religious experience, or siimply a social religious experience. Her descriptions of what it is to truly love another are profound. Her life is a journey that I want to follow. I looked up the meaning of her name in the dictionary. It means "one who hears." Certainly, she is one who sought to hear the voice of God. I, too, want to hear the voice of God without deception or pride. I honor Simone as a true religious teacher for me.

Pretty good guide book as far as covering what there is to see and do. Only 4 stars because it lacks detailed directions to things like trail heads, beaches, points of interest, etc. with the roads all being small and poorly marked this book wasn't much help actually getting to the cool locations it tells you about. Having said that, between this book, the maps that are supplied by the car rental companies and the house we rented and stopping to ask the very friendly people of Grenada for help, we were able to get around and find everything just fine!

Used for Grenada and Carriacou. Informative. Fairly up to date. Info was accurate.

Took a long time to get, but it is an excellent book.

Fantastic — great writing, detailed and informative.

This book is a bit outdated in some tourist topics, but all I could find specifically regarding Grenada. There is a great history of the island and general information on Grenada.

Brandt Books are great - used the same line in Dominica. Highly recommend since it's a more in-depth and personal guide than some of the others I've used for these smaller caribbean countries.

very informative book, a definite if you are visiting the island, I like that it has some particular tips on how you can contribute to the island's various social programs and so forth

We found the book helpful for learning about the island and how it had changed since visiting it in the seventies.

I am enjoying the revision very much. I think it's made the language more concise. I especially like the way the 4th Step questions have been re-organized and worded; they should prove very helpful to both long-time and newcomer folks alike.

My book is backwards. The first 4 pages are right, the next page is 180. It's difficult to read this way.

The book has a lot of information but in my case when I took my test I hardly saw anything I was told to look out for in the book. I felt the same way when I took my first practice test as when I took the actual test, lost and unsure of my performance. The study lists contained in the book were very helpful I just felt like the practice tests were not comparable with the actual test.My first issue was the practice tests, there was no way to allow for the 20 questions that do not count so you score could vary up to 20 points in either direction. My suggestion would be to select 20 random questions and exclude those from the score. This in theory can give you a more accurate score but YMMV. The second issue was the actual test seemed not to follow the books description of getting progressively harder questions as you took the test. They seemed to be very random with very easy questions next to difficult questions. the trick questions that dealt with word and letter play didn't even appear in my test but there are numerous ones that are abundantly clear in the practice tests. Of course this may be a result of the randomly selected set of questions I got.The bottom line is that I did well on my test scoring in the 80th percentile which is the high end of the average scores for the masters program I am perusing. If you have the opportunity and money, (30 bucks per practice test), purchase a computer based practice test so you are familiar with the computer based test format before taking the actual test. FYI, the score you receive at the end of the test is a scaled score so you really have no clue what you actually got till you get your result in the mail.Good luck!

I was using the Kaplan MAT study guide from my local library and found it to be an excellent resource! So much so I decided to buy my own copy so that I could write in it and put it to good use. I am extrememly satisfied with this manual and highly recommend it to anyone needing that additional study help. I plan on taking the MAT exam in a few months and I feel fully capable of scoring high after using this book.

I followed the recommendations of this book, used the supplied study guides, took the practice tests, and received a score in the 99th percentile when I took the actual test. I suppose that says it all.

This book helped me score above the 70% and I only studied half of the book due to time constraints. I found questions on the test that were EXACT to the practice ones in the book. If you want to pass, buy this book!

If you're preparing to take the MAT, I recommend this book! I had to take the MAT to get into a school counseling program, and knew nothing about this test! However, it very adequately prepared me and I got well above the required score for my program. This made my comfort level on test day increase dramatically, and to be honest... some of the practice questions from the book were on the actual test!

50 Shades of Grey? No thanks. I'll take 50 Shades of Houston Bayou as painted by this author, Matt Zeve. I never thought I would be so stimulated by Bayous but I find myself wanting more. Hopefully, there will be a sequel. I must have a sequel. Soon.
