This story, FFS, with an ending I was not expecting. Although, as nicely as it was panning out, suddenly, I felt something was coming. And boy did it!What I love about this storyline is that I'm sure most, if not all of us, can relate to one or more of the characters, in some way. Foxy J... loved her. Elan...sigh. Anne has a way of incorporating all the characters, with just the right amount of deets that they stick with you. Although, this time around, I'm more of team Elan than I am of team Leo. My issue with this read is the "mature" behavior of its characters. Maybe because at 16 I didn't have the abundance of freedom these teenagers had. I mean, I had to remind myself of their ages more than once throughout the read. Yet, and despite that, I rather enjoyed the book. It sucked that I couldn't read in just one sitting. I loved the way Anne introduced the title of the book (series) into the storyline. That was quite comical. I am truly looking forward to book 2. However, I'm not looking forward to how Jillie's life will be altered now that some sence of normalcy had set in.
As many know anne is known for her rockstars which are fabulous. But shes branched out and DAYUUM did she knock it out of the park.This book was so much fun.Light hearted, refreshing, took you back to the great and crazy memories of that age. As well keeping it updated. Iam so proud that she FINALLY wrote this and cant wait for book 2. GET READY PEOPLE. ANNE IS ON FIRE
This book is such an amazing read! It's packed with so much emotion and fun. I could not put it down until the last word was read. "Jack and Jill"... along with their friends and family each draw you in and add to the awesome that is Kiss This! I hope everyone gets to read this first book in the Kiss Duet. You will not be disappointed and will want to re-read as soon as your done.
I will admit I was hesitant to read this as I normally don’t read YA, but since it’s Anne Mercier I just had to. It’s much different than her other books, but just as good. As with all of Anne’s stories, you get hooked from page 1 and the characters come to life. This book does end with a cliffhanger that definitely leaves you wanting more.
I so loved this book couldn’t put it down loved it from start to finish and can’t wait for the next part of it awesome job anne â¤ï¸
I am not usually a reader of YA. I wasn’t skeptical of the writing, Anne is brilliant with words, but with the story style. Well, to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. It take me quite a few chapters to get into the groove of it but got sucked in real quick after that. Anne has pulled off a wonderful book in a another genre she is not used to. That is a good writer to me. The ability to change genres and maintain the same level of fun, drama and suspense. I can’t wait for Kiss This Too!!

This book is how I wish life could be! The quiet girl gets loud sometimes. The person down helps others get what they want. Finding good people who honestly care.I hate that the story isn't complete. I hope this doesn't go beyond three books. I lose interest if a story drags even if it starts out this wonderful.
